Role Overview:
_x000D_ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – with extensive Technology background who has varied technology experience Digital, Quality Engineering (QE) & Testing to lead and expand our Technology footprint within a key banking account. This role is pivotal in driving the Technology strategy, seamless SDLC, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and strengthening our consulting footprint within the client organization. The candidate should bring a strong background in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Agile Testing methodologies with a deep understanding of Banking technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead Technology initiatives across multiple programs within the account, ensuring alignment with client objectives and overall digital transformation goals.
• Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, demonstrating thought leadership in quality engineering practices.
• Test Strategy & Governance: Define and implement robust testing strategies, frameworks, and automation approaches to enhance delivery efficiency and software quality.
• Scaling QE Capabilities: Expand and strengthen the firm’s QE consulting presence by driving innovation, upskilling teams, and leveraging modern testing methodologies.
• Collaboration Across Lines of Business: Work closely with digital, technology, and business teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Utilization & Delivery Management: Ensure optimal resource utilization (75%+ billability) while delivering high-quality testing services aligned with industry best practices.
• People Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and develop high-performing QE teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in Digital,  Quality Engineering & Testing, with a proven track record in a consulting or financial services environment.
• Extensive experience working with a Banking client and having in-depth knowledge of the various sub-domains and lines of business within the Bank. Experience working in Consumer, Wealth and other lines of business in a Bank.
• Experience in Design, Digital Web management with tracking metrics, application development methodologies. Experience in Content management, translating digital content into English and other languages. Policy documentation experience. 
• Experience in understanding business requirements, translating the same to development, specifically Test-Driven Development. Agile delivery experience. 
• Strong expertise in test automation, performance engineering, CI/CD integration, cloud-based testing, and AI-driven quality engineering solutions.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Tosca, Cypress, JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.
• Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Testing methodologies.
• Previous experience working with a large banking clients is highly desirable.
• Experience in tools such as Jira, Rally, Quality centre.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting skills to drive engagement at senior levels.
• Experience in leading distributed teams across geographies.
