Job Description

We are seeking a IT Quality Intmd Analyst with a passion for quality assurance and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a professional with a robust understanding of industry standards and practices, coupled with in-depth knowledge in their specialty area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of domain, test automation tools and methodologies, and the ability to apply analytical thinking to complex problems. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are essential for exchanging potentially complex and sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of core payments across APAC, EMEA, and NAME regions, including ISO SWIFT Payments and Domestic Instant Payments for SG, HK, UAE.

• Design, develop, and execute test scenarios/cases for the payments domain.

• Report test results, identify risks, and propose mitigation plans.

• Conduct automation assessments for functional test cases.

• Utilize automation skills in Web Automation (Selenium, Java), API Automation (Postman, Restassured, Soap UI), and Mobile Automation (Perfecto, Appium, Quantum).

• Work effectively within Agile/Scrum project frameworks.

• Utilize SCM via Git, Bitbucket, or GitHub, Jenkins, Zephyr for automation.

• Gather, maintain, and report on quality metrics.

• Make evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information; resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents.

• Directly impact the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams.

• Provide informal guidance to new team members.

• Perform other duties and functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience in the Financial Service industry preferred. Knowledge of payments domain is good to have.

• Proven experience in requirement reviews, with the ability to identify, communicate, and document discrepancies.

• Solid understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

• Demonstrated logical analysis skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven ability to work to deadlines.

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

• QA Experience in defining, designing & executing test cases.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
