TestCafe Automation Engineer

We are hiring a TestCafe Automation Engineer for one of our client.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks using TestCafe and TypeScript, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in a CI/CD-driven environment.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

68 years of experience in QA Automation

Strong hands-on experience with TestCafe Automation

Minimum 2 years of experience working with TypeScript

Experience in creating and maintaining automation frameworks using TestCafe

Good knowledge of test structures, assertions, and element selectors

Experience in automation report implementation and maintenance

Working knowledge of Git for version control

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Jenkins

Roles and Responsibilities

Create and maintain automation test plans and strategies

Develop and execute automation scripts using TestCafe and TypeScript

Perform system testing and manage test artifacts and reports

Follow STLC and defect life cycle processes

Communicate testing estimates, schedules, risks, and issues to project leads or delivery managers

Work closely with developers on defect fixing and retesting

Ensure automation test suites are integrated with CI/CD pipelines

Education Qualification

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
