- 12 Years Experience in Telecom BSS domain
- Experience in SIT is must have
- Lead hiring and training of new testers and ensuring the team have knowledge of client solutions – cross skilling.
- Write structured test plans, specifications, and test strategies, Also, plan test cycles, timelines, and resource allocation for each test cycle.
- Manage the approved budget of the QA department.
- Acts as a trusted/expert advisor and provides leadership in all test aspects across the geographical areas, including opportunities to improve the quality, automation, and efficiencies of the testing effort across teams.
- Collaborate with project BA’s and ensure requirements/user stories are clearly understood.
- Establish communications channels with Project team members, development/technical staff, PM, and end-users to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Perform acceptance testing for new features, focused testing on a particular area of weakness, regression tests, thorough testing of tedious areas.
- Provide support to clients during the execution of UAT and BRT
