Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager with 6 to 10 years of experience in Flask Python Dynatrace LoadRunner and Apache Jmeter. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Cards & Payments with additional experience in Issuance and Maintenance being a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our systems.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for various projects within the Banking Cards & Payments domain.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
  • Provide technical expertise in Python Dynatrace LoadRunner and Apache Jmeter.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage and identify any gaps in the testing process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress including any issues or risks.
  • Implement best practices for test automation and performance testing.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve them.
  • Maintain and enhance the test environment to support ongoing testing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers providing support and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on testing status and outcomes.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Python Dynatrace LoadRunner and Apache Jmeter.
  • Must have domain expertise in Cards & Payments.
  • Experience in Issuance and Maintenance is a plus.
  • Should have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Should be proficient in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have experience in test automation and performance testing.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Must be committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Should have a good understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
