Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager Channels with 12+ years of overall experience in delivering high-quality testing programs across Digital Banking Channels. The role demands strong test leadership, hands-on testing & automation expertise, and proven experience across Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Digital Banking platforms. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end QA delivery, stakeholder management, and driving quality excellence in large-scale banking programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end testing for Digital Banking Channels including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Omnichannel platforms
  • Define and own QA strategy, test plans, test governance, and delivery metrics
  • Manage functional, regression, integration, UAT, and system testing across channels
  • Provide hands-on support in test design, execution, defect triage, and automation reviews
  • Drive test automation strategy and execution using industry-standard tools and frameworks
  • Ensure seamless coordination with business, development, product, and vendor teams
  • Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, risk management, and escalations
  • Lead and mentor QA teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
  • Support Agile / DevOps QA delivery models and continuous testing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulatory, security, and quality standards


Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of overall experience in Software Testing / QA, with 5+ years in Test Management roles
  • Strong domain experience in Banking Digital Channels Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Digital Banking
  • Proven expertise in Test Management, QA Governance, and Delivery Management
  • Hands-on testing experience including functional, integration, and regression testing
  • Strong exposure to Test Automation (UI/API) and automation frameworks
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum and DevOps environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multi-vendor and onshore/offshore QA teams
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, customer journeys, and security considerations


Good to Have

  • Experience with API, Open Banking, Microservices testing
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing tools
  • Banking certifications or QA certifications (ISTQB, Agile, etc.)


Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
