Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Functional testers and Automation team tools & technology -SAP ERP, SAP S/4 Hana, UFT, Confluence, Jira, Solman.

Must have strong domain experience in SAP PP, SAP MM. to Plan, organize, and oversee test management activities.

Conduct and facilitate defect triage calls, ensuring timely resolution.

Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and schedules.

Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals.

Provide regular status reports and metrics to leadership.

Help build requirement traceability matrix.

Increase overall test coverage

Increase Automation coverage.

Lead and mentor functional and Automation testers.

Use Tools like Confluence to update Test Artifacts, knowledge bases.

Use Solman for test and defect Management.

Report to Sr Test Manager, stakeholders.

UFT-

Provide L3 technical support to automation teams and business stakeholders.

Define and own the test automation strategy and roadmap

Review automation design, provide best practices, and ensure standards are followed

Drive automation initiatives using UFT and Tosca tools.

CI/CD Integration & DevOps Alignment

Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile/SAFe methodologies.
