Role : Lead- QC

Location : Pune (Baner)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead who will have end-to-end product quality and lead the QC function across releases. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on testing expertise, solid automation knowledge, and experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams in a product environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end QC (Quality Control) activities across web/mobile/API Platforms
• Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business requirements
• Perform manual, automation and exploratory testing
• Lead and mentor a QC team (manual + automation)
• Design and execute REST API tests for service integrations
• Perform backend and data validation using MS-SQL
• Work closely with development and DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Execute and monitor tests as part of continuous integration and continuous testing
• Ensure timely execution of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Track and analyze defect trends, root causes, and leakage
• Mentor junior testers and ensure adherence to QA best practices
• Support production releases and post-release validations
