Test Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing for web applications and batch jobs
• Analyze business requirements and prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test data
• Execute test cases, identify defects, and ensure proper defect tracking and documentation
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely defect resolution
• Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide testing status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing
• Proven experience in Web application testing and batch job testing
• Good communication skills with experience in client interaction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Secondary / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Forms applications
