Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 7 to 9 years of experience in WebServices Testing Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Cards and Payments. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required. Primary skill Actimize AML knowledge. Others will be same as functional testing
Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for various projects within the Cards and Payments domain.Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases for WebServices Testing.Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders to ensure transparency and progress tracking.Utilize SNOW for incident management and tracking of testing activities.Implement and manage testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.Conduct Manual E2E BPA to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and validation of business processes.Collaborate with teams using Rally HP ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking.Apply basic programming skills to develop and maintain test scripts and automation frameworks.Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices across all testing activities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of testing processes.Mentor and guide junior testers to build a strong and effective testing team.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of testing outcomes.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in WebServices Testing and Test Metrics and Reporting.Demonstrate proficiency in using SNOW for incident management.Have extensive knowledge of Testing Tools and Frameworks.Exhibit expertise in Manual E2E BPA.Be skilled in using Rally HP ALM and Jira for test management.Have basic programming skills to support test automation.Show domain expertise in Cards and Payments.Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.Be capable of leading and mentoring a team of testers.Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Be detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.Possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Be committed to delivering high-quality testing outcomes.
