Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in Manual Data Testing HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of our software products.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee the creation execution and maintenance of test plans and test cases for manual data testing.
  • Provide expertise in HP ALM and Jira to manage and track defects and testing progress.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.
  • Conduct thorough manual data testing to identify and document defects and inconsistencies.
  • Ensure all test activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts and test data for manual testing.
  • Monitor and report on test execution progress and results to stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior testers and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and quality risks.
  • Work closely with business analysts and developers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Manual Data Testing HP ALM and Jira.
  • Have basic programming skills to support test automation and scripting.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Have effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Display the ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing environments.
  • Bring a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Hold a relevant certification in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Show a track record of successful project delivery in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
