Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Lead with 15 to 17 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Mobile Testing Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders.Utilize SNOW for tracking and managing testing activities.Implement and maintain testing tools and frameworks.Conduct manual end-to-end business process automation testing.Perform mobile testing across different platforms and devices.Use Rally for agile project management and tracking.Manage test cases and defects using HP ALM.Track and report issues using Jira.Apply basic programming skills to enhance testing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Test Metrics and Reporting.Demonstrate proficiency in using SNOW for test management.Have in-depth knowledge of various Testing Tools and Frameworks.Show expertise in Manual E2E BPA.Exhibit strong skills in Mobile Testing.Be proficient in using Rally for project management.Have experience with HP ALM for test case management.Be skilled in using Jira for issue tracking.Possess basic programming knowledge to support testing activities.Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
