Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with 14 to 17 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Mainframe Testing Jira and Basic Programming. Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders.Utilize SNOW for managing incidents and changes related to testing.Implement and maintain testing tools and frameworks.Conduct Manual E2E BPA to ensure comprehensive coverage.Use Rally for tracking and managing testing activities.Employ HP ALM for test management and execution.Perform Mainframe Testing to validate legacy systems.Manage and track defects using Jira.Apply basic programming skills to automate repetitive tasks.Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure alignment.Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.Drive continuous improvement in testing processes.Mentor and guide junior testers in the team.Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and insights.Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality outputs.Enhance the companys reputation by delivering reliable and efficient testing solutions.Impact society by ensuring the delivery of robust and error-free software solutions.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in Test Metrics and Reporting.Must be proficient in using SNOW for incident and change management.Must have expertise in various Testing Tools and Frameworks.Must be skilled in Manual E2E BPA.Must have experience with Rally for tracking testing activities.Must be proficient in HP ALM for test management.Must have experience in Mainframe Testing.Must be skilled in using Jira for defect management.Must have basic programming skills for automation.Nice to have experience in Asset Management Operations.Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.Must be able to lead and mentor a team of testers.Must be adaptable to hybrid work model and day shifts.
