We have a fantastic opportunity for Test Lead banking projects (10+ years experience) manages end-to-end QA testing for Finacle Core Banking Solution / LOS/LMS / Trade finance / Credit Cards / Flexcube - Retail Banking.

• Knowledge of digital banking components and integration with Finacle.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:10+ years of experience in testing banking applications within Indian banking clients.
• Core Banking: Deep knowledge of Finacle CBS (Core Banking Solution).
• Domain Focus: Strong understanding of Liabilities/Assets, Loan Lifecycle (sourcing, approval, disbursement, repayment), and Cards.
• Technical Skills: Manual testing expertise, SQL for database validation, and familiarity with APIs.
• Tools: Knowledge of Test Management tools (e.g., JIRA) and Automation tools (Selenium).
• Education: Any graduate/post-graduate in Engineering or related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Execution: Define test plans, scenarios, and test data strategies for Core Banking (Finacle 10/11), Loans (LOS/LMS), or Credit Card modules.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of testers, assign tasks, manage schedules, and provide guidance on banking workflows.
• Domain Expertise: Validate end-to-end banking workflows including CASA, TD, RD, Trade Finance, Payments, and Clearing.
• Stakeholder Management: Report QA status, risks, and mitigation plans to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Defect Management: Oversee defect tracking, analysis, and resolution, ensuring high-quality, bug-free releases.
