Job Description
Only Life Insurance - TEST LEAD experienced candidates (Manual Testing) based in Mumbai should apply (Immediate Joiners preferred).
Location: Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities -
- Domain Expertise: Lead testing for life insurance core systems, covering policy administration (Day 1/Day 2), premium calculations, underwriting, and claims processing.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Execution & Management: Perform functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and manage bugs to resolution using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
- Leadership & Reporting: Provide daily/monthly progress reports to stakeholders and manage team deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to SDLC and STLC processes and validate against business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications -
- Experience: 58+ years of manual testing & Test Lead experience, specifically within the Life Insurance domain.
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Life Insurance products and workflows, Group Life and claims.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, HP ALM, or similar test management tools.
- Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills for database backend testing and data validation.
- Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications -
- B.E / BTech
- Experience with specific applications like Life Asia.
