Job Description
We are looking for all round documentation professional and not just a Writer.
Excellent English, reading, writing, editing, original authoring skills.
Should have a sharp eye for content review and persistent, pervasive detail for quality.
Diligence for entire documentation lifecycle, of new and existing content.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to seamlessly interact with all stakeholders and Customer.
Fluency in XML authoring tools, DITA, DITA CMS.
Clear in concepts of DITA.
Able to design methods, schedules, plans and evaluations for project execution and monitoring.
Knowledge about Telecom domain is a must. Quickly able to learn the sub-domain given.
Able to mentor Subject Matter Experts, Colleagues and stakeholders about the nuances of documentation.
Able to establish synergy with diverse stakeholders and ensure high quality documentation.
Minimum three years’ experience in DITA based technical writing.
High level of integrity and work ethics required. Member to follow Spirit of Wipro and Five Habits all the time.
