Role: Test Engineer PDCA

We are seeking a talented and motivated Test Engineer to support our highperformance manufacturing and Test automation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up test stations, execute fixture calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts, utilities, and endtoend test flows.
• Support NPI builds, including test setup and production test validation.
• Analyze device logs, tester logs, serial console outputs, and system logs to identify failure patterns.
• Understand manufacturing processes and configure test flows using SFDS / SFDC / MES / SFCS / Industry 4.0 systems.
• Manage MES, SFDC, SFCS, Industry 4.0 integrations, HWTE systems, server configurations, line data, and station mappings.
• Perform structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Optimize test automation to improve First Pass Yield (FPY), reduce retests, and increase throughput.
• Collect, validate, and analyze test data from test stations and shopfloor systems.
• Enhance data quality, reporting accuracy, and manufacturing process visibility.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across test processes and station performance.
• Ensure high uptime of test stations through proactive monitoring and rapid issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• 36 years of relevant experience in automation testing, SWTE, HWTE, or test engineering.
• Handson experience with shopfloor systems (MES / SFCS / SFDC / Industry 4.0).
• Strong log analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automated test frameworks, scripting, and production test flows.
• Experience in Shop Floor Control System, Shop Floor Data Control, Hardware Test Engineer
