Job Description

We are looking for a Manual Test Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Flexcube Retail Banking. The ideal candidate should have strong functional testing experience across core banking modules and a good understanding of end-to-end banking workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual functional, system, integration, and regression testing on Flexcube Retail Banking modules
• Understand and validate retail banking business requirements and convert them into test scenarios and test cases
• Prepare and execute test cases, test data, and test execution reports
• Validate end-to-end transactions across Flexcube modules
• Log, track, and retest defects using defect tracking tools
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and UAT teams for defect resolution
• Support UAT and production validation activities
• Ensure compliance with banking standards and client-specific processes

Flexcube Functional Areas (Any of the below)

• CASA (Savings & Current Accounts)
• Term Deposits (FD / RD)
• Retail Loans
• Customer Information File (CIF)
• Teller Operations
• Payments & Clearing (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS)
• Interest, Charges & Fees
• EOD / BOD Processing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Manual Tester in Flexcube Retail Banking
• Strong understanding of Core Banking System (CBS) workflows
• Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management
• Knowledge of SDLC / STLC processes
• Familiarity with SQL for basic data validation is a plus
• Good communication and documentation skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Flexcube versions (FCUBS 12.x or above)
• Exposure to UAT coordination with banking users
• Experience in API or interface testing related to CBS integrations
