Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Director with 21 to 25 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Automation and a solid background in the Payer domain. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive testing initiatives and ensure the highest quality standards. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies and plans for automation projects.Oversee the execution of test cases and ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.Provide guidance and mentorship to the testing team fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues ensuring seamless integration of testing processes.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.Develop and maintain test automation frameworks tools and scripts to enhance testing efficiency.Monitor and report on test progress defects and overall quality metrics to stakeholders.Drive the adoption of innovative testing techniques and tools to improve test coverage and effectiveness.Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.Conduct regular reviews and audits of testing processes to identify areas for improvement.Ensure that all testing activities are documented and traceable to requirements.Provide technical leadership in the design and execution of performance security and usability testing.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of automation testing tools and frameworks.Demonstrate extensive experience in the Payer domain.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining test automation scripts.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Display a proven track record of leading and managing large testing teams.
Certifications Required
ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer or equivalent certification in automation testing.
