Test Data Management (TDM) Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Test Data Management (TDM) Specialist with strong expertise in GenRocket, Delphix, and CA Test Data Manager (CA TDM) .

Experience: 4+ years

Location : PAN India (Any Infosys office)

Client : Infosys

Notice Period: Immediate joiners

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and testing requirements to design effective TDM strategies.
• Implement Test Data Management solutions using GenRocket , Delphix , and CA TDM .
• Create, mask, subset, synthesize, and provision test data across multiple environments.
• Build automated workflows for test data generation and refresh cycles.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Development teams to ensure seamless integration of TDM processes.
• Manage data virtualization, masking, and cloning activities using available TDM tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for TDM processes.
• Troubleshoot TDM issues and provide support for test environment teams.
• Ensure test data compliance with security policies, GDPR, HIPAA, and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 512 years of hands-on experience in Test Data Management .
• Strong expertise in at least two of the following tools:
• GenRocket
• Delphix
• CA Test Data Manager (CA TDM)
• Experience with data masking (static & dynamic), subsetting, cloning, and synthetic data generation.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and hands-on SQL skills.
• Experience working with test data across databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of TDM solutions into DevOps workflows.
• Experience with API-based data provisioning and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.

Good to Have

• Scripting skills (Shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) for data provisioning.
• Experience with test environment management.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant TDM tool certifications are a plus.
