Job Description
Lead and mentor the automation testing team.
Design and implement robust automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
Define automation strategy, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Analyze test results and provide detailed defect reports.
Continuously improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort.
