Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead the development and implementation of test automation strategies and frameworks. - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and test suites. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation. - Execute and analyze automated test results, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvements. - Mentor and guide junior team members in test automation best practices. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in test automation. - Additional responsibility 1: Conduct training sessions on test automation for the team. - Additional responsibility 2: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement test automation metrics and KPIs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong understanding of test automation principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks. - Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or JUnit. - Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Experience in performance testing and load testing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
