Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve leading the testing transformation, implementing quality processes and methodologies, and driving automation and innovation in testing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function - Implement quality processes and methodologies to improve control, accuracy, and integrity - Drive automation and innovation in testing Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner - Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies - Experience in designing and implementing performance test scripts using Micro Focus LoadRunner - Knowledge of performance monitoring and analysis tools - Experience in performance test execution, analysis, and reporting - Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks and providing recommendations for optimization - "Experienced on test tools and test management tools. - General testing knowledge to the level of ISTQB Foundation Level. - JMeter - LoadRunner - SQL - Test planning - Test analysis - Test case design - Test execution - Root cause analysis - Reporting Description of knowledge and experience - Experienced on test tools and test management tools. - General testing knowledge to the level of ISTQB Foundation Level. - JMeter - LoadRunner - SQL - Test planning - Test analysis - Test case design - Test execution - Root cause analysis - Reporting" Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
