Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will utilize quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve running the end-to-end quality engineering function, emphasizing automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in the testing process. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the testing strategies align with the overall project goals and contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: • Own and deliver the performance test and engineering strategy and execution for WMS releases • Define workload models, SLAs, KPIs, and success criteria in consultation with business, SMEs and infrastructure teams • Oversee test planning, environment readiness, and data provisioning activities • Lead execution of baseline, load and stress tests, ensuring robust monitoring and traceability • Triage, tune, and resolve performance issues breaching SLAs in collaboration with BY, DB, and infrastructure teams • Drive bottleneck analysis using end-to-end telemetry across workflows • Present performance health reports and go-live readiness assessments to senior stakeholders • Mentor and guide performance test engineers and enforce quality practices and focus on continuous delivery enhancements. • Support post-go-live performance monitoring and tuning cycles Professional & Technical Skills: • 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering (mandatory) and ideally 1+ years in WMS or Blue Yonder projects • Strong command of performance test strategy, analysis, and tuning methodologies • Proven experience with enterprise-scale load testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad) • Expertise in end-to-end monitoring using Grafana and other performance metrics. • Deep understanding of warehouse operational flows and integration touchpoints • Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-team leadership Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
