Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve developing and executing automated test scripts for Salesforce applications, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using Selenium, Appium, or other automation tools. - Identify, document, and report defects using JIRA or other defect tracking tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure high-quality software delivery. - Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative testing products and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Salesforce testing. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or other automation tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in testing RESTful APIs. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. - Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. - Experience in test planning, test case design, and test script development. - Experience in defect tracking tools such as JIRA or similar tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce testing. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
