Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions, ensuring control, accuracy, and integrity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Robot Framework (preferred), Selenium or similar. - Identify and report defects using defect tracking tools such as JIRA or similar tool. -Design Test scenarios and Test cases, for the business requirements, while adhering to the best practices and present the Test status in the stakeholder calls - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery, including developers, business analysts, and project managers. - Design and implement test automation frameworks and strategies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in test automation and quality engineering, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 6+ years of Experience in Automated Testing. -Should have good knowledge of Web based application testing (UI,API,DB) and should have deep skills in JIRA, Agile Methodology, Postman tool - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, non functional testing and best practices. - Experience with test automation tools such as Robot Framework (Preferred), Selenium or similar.- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or similar tool. - Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies. - Solid grasp of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar. - Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) jenkins pipelines. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Automated Testing. - The candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
