Test Architect

We are seeking a visionary Testing Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and high-performance testing frameworks across our enterprise platforms. This role will drive quality engineering initiatives, mentor SDETs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our software meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and compliance.

In this role, you will

• Design and implement enterprise-wide testing strategies and frameworks.
• Architect automated testing solutions using Python, Java, and modern CI/CD tools.
• Performance testing initiatives using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and recommends optimizations.
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure testing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Guide teams in adopting shift-left testing and continuous testing practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC2) through testing protocols.

In this role, youll need

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, API, Tosca, Provar ).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (Jmeter, splunk ).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate with distributed teams and mentor other engineers.
