Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have a background in Industrial Manufacturing and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our asset management systems contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough testing of IBM Maximo Asset Management systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts based on project requirements.Identify document and track defects and issues ensuring timely resolution.Collaborate with development teams to understand system requirements and design effective test strategies.Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders highlighting key findings and recommendations.Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.Utilize automated testing tools to increase efficiency and coverage of test cases.Participate in requirement review meetings to provide input on testability and potential risks.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing processes.Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance overall quality.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with end-users and addressing their concerns.Maintain a strong understanding of the latest trends and advancements in testing tools and techniques.Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Have experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.Show proficiency in using automated testing tools.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.Have a background in Industrial Manufacturing (nice to have).
Certifications Required
Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or equivalent certification in software testing.
