We are inviting applications fromenergetic and market-oriented professionals for the position ofTerritory Sales Trainee to support and grow ourvegetable seeds business in the Varanasi region. • Visitdealers, retailers, and farmers to promote vegetable seed products
• Build and maintainstrong relationships with dealers, retailers, and key influencers
• Support sales development and market expansion within the assigned territory
• Collectmarket feedback on products, pricing, farmer preferences, and competitor activity
• Assist in executing local promotional activities, demos, and farmer meetings
• Maintain basic sales records and share regular field updates with reporting manager
• Participate in internal meetings and training sessions (online/offline)

• Goodpresentable personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Understanding ofvegetable crops and seed market dynamics
• Learning mindset with strong interest in sales and field work
• Proficient inEnglish and local language (Hindi)
• Comfortable usingbasic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to useonline meeting apps for office meetings and reviews

• Qualification: Bachelors degree inAgriculture (BSc Agriculture mandatory)
• Experience: 2+ years of experience invegetable seeds sales

• Work with a reputedmultinational vegetable seeds company
• Exposure to structured sales processes and strong product portfolio
• Clear career growth path in agri sales and territory management
