Educational Qualification

  • Any Graduate (Preferred: candidates with sales experience in footwear/FMCG/retail sectors)

Experience Required

  • Must have prior experience in the footwear industry
  • Minimum 25 years of relevant field sales experience
  • Strong retailer network and deep market knowledge in assigned territory

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
  • Ensure product placement, visibility, and brand presence in the market
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct regular market visits for order booking, collection, and competitor tracking
  • Identify potential new retailers and expand market coverage
  • Provide sales reports and market insights to the management
  • Coordinate with supply chain and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and stock availability
