Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Indore, with some work-from-home flexibility on weekend for reporting. The role involves overseeing sales operations within the assigned territory, developing strategies to meet sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing training to the sales team. Additional responsibilities include managing day-to-day sales activities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns effectively. Also distributor & Sals team appointment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management
- Must Have FMCG/FMCD experience of 10 year.
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Training and guiding sales teams effectively
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and strategize accordingly
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the electrical goods industry is a plus
