Territory Sales Manager/Lead -Premium HoReCa & Modern Retail (B2B)

Fresh From The Future Delhi NCR | 50-70K base + 10K/customer (uncapped) + OTE: 50,000-1,00,000/month for top performers


Office Location: FRESH From The FUTURE's Gurugram Office

Position-Type: Full Time

Territory: Delhi NCR (Especially Gurugram & Aerocity in Phase 1)

Channel: HoReCa & Modern Premium Retail (B2B)


CRITICAL: "Manager" = You MANAGE YOUR TERRITORY, not people.

WHO WE NEED

A TERRITORY HUNTER with:

HoReCa OR modern retail sales DNA (food/beverage experience required)

Proven closer mentality (30+ B2B deals personally closed)

Zero fear of cold calling (50-100 calls/week is normal for you,and 20-30 meetings)

Own vehicle + willingness to drive across Delhi NCR daily


NOT LOOKING FOR:

  • People wanting to manage teams
  • Strategists who prefer planning more than executing
  • Marketing only, no sales experience.


YOUR TERRITORY: Delhi NCR (Especially Gurugram & Aerocity in Phase 1)

YOUR CHANNEL: HoReCa & Modern Premium Retail


MUST HAVE (Auto-Reject Without These)


EXPERIENCE:

3-10 years B2B sales in HoReCa OR premium retail (food/beverage)

40+ deals YOU personally closed (not "helped close" - YOU closed)

Track record selling to premium Kitchens, hospitality groups/hotels/restaurants, or modern trade

Comfortable with fieldsales (not desk/remote only)


PROVEN SKILLS:

Cold calling mastery (can make 100 calls/week without burnout)

Face-to-face closing (comfortable asking for signature)

Objection handling (price, competition, status quo)

CRM discipline (log every call, update every interaction)

Territory planning (route optimization, meeting scheduling)


LOGISTICS:

Own vehicle

Based in Gurugram or Delhi NCR

Fluent Hindi + English

Can start within 15 days


COMPENSATION:

BASE: 50,000 - 70,000/month

COMMISSION: 5,000 - 10,000 per customer closed (paid on signature, uncapped)

On-Target Earnings(OTE): 50,000-1,00,000/month for top performers
