Key Responsibilities:

Drive market share growth in construction chemicals

Develop sales and product awareness among masons & contractors

Expand and manage dealer & distributor network

Execute market development and promotional activities

Product Segments:

Tile Adhesives (all types)

Tile Grouts (Epoxy & Cementitious / Polymer)

Waterproofing Products

Tile, Marble & Granite Cleaners

Candidate Profile:

Experience in construction chemicals is mandatory

Strong exposure to Tile Adhesives, Tile Grouts (Epoxy & Polymer) & Waterproofing

Field sales experience with contractor & dealer network

Self-driven with strong communication skills

Attractive CTC + performance-based incentives
