Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and expand market presence for our personal care product range. The candidate will be responsible for developing distributor networks, increasing retail penetration, managing relationships with retailers, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field sales, closing deals, and achieving ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion
- Open new retail outlets and cosmetic stores in the assigned territory.
- Appoint and develop distributors and wholesalers where required.
Sales Execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure product placement, visibility, and stock availability in retail outlets.
Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key market players.
- Negotiate display space and shelf presence.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
- Provide regular market feedback to management.
Reporting
- Maintain daily beat plans and visit reports.
- Report sales performance and market insights regularly.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with distributors and retailers
- Good knowledge of local markets and retail networks
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and Excel

Qualifications

- 15 years of experience in FMCG / cosmetics / personal care sales.
- Experience in handling distributor networks is preferred.
