Job Summary:

Mount Everest Breweries Ltd is hiring dynamic and target-driven Territory Sales Executives (TSE) / Senior TSEs for Karnataka locations. Candidates must have prior experience in the Alcoholic Beverages industry and strong local market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
• Manage distributors and drive primary & secondary sales.
• Increase outlet coverage and market penetration.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and brand promotion.
• Execute trade schemes and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and share market feedback.
• Maintain strong distributor & retailer relationships.
• Ensure timely collections and credit discipline.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 26 years of experience in Alcoholic Beverage / IMFL / Beer industry (Mandatory).
• Strong distribution network knowledge in assigned territory.
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred for Sr. TSE role).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
