Job Description

·       Order Generation / Sales in their respective territory

·       Attending to customer's urgent requirements & Resolving customer complaints

·       Monitoring competitors activities

·       To ensure growth in secondary sales revenue across region and ensure growth in secondary focus product group revenue

o   Growth in overall secondary revenue sales for the region

o   Growth in secondary retail sales revenue for focus product groups

·       To ensure segment wise secondary sales growth and maintain dicipline of SPARK reviews across all distributors

o   Growth of retail sales revenue by ensuring target achievement for the Area

o   Growth of workshop sales revenue by ensuring target achievement for the Area

o   Growth of STU sales revenue by ensuring target achievement for the Area

o   Ensure SPARK Review Adherence

·       Activities towards retail revenue growth and enagagement with channel partners

o   To increase tier upgradation of active retailers

o   To increase active retailers

o   To increase LeyKart orders by customers

o   To increase active mechanics

o   To increase tier upgradation of active mechanics

o   To increase number of ALRPS
