Territory Manager - Commercial Sales - Corporate Agency - 10+ years - Bangalore
Responsible for servicing all customers to achieve team objectives according to business plans. The role focuses on Corporate Commercial lines, including Fire, Engineering, Liability, Marine, and Workmens Compensation, with a primary emphasis on Group Health Business. This position specifically excludes individual motor and health policies.

Responsibilities
- Achieving business targets month-on-month for every line of business set by the company.
- Servicing the current set of brokers and intermediaries while managing renewals and securing new business.
- Reaching out to new brokers and intermediaries to increase market penetration.
- Meeting service level TATs set by the distribution team and coordinating with internal teams as required.
- Meeting clients to increase market presence and maintaining required reports as per company guidelines.
- Ensuring that sourced business is correctly booked and coordinating for coinsurance and reinsurance payments.
Requirements
- Total 10+ years of experience in the Bengaluru market within sales or marketing departments.
- Experience working with Insurance companies or key brokers.
- Background as a Sales Manager in Corporate or Broking verticals from GIs such as TATA AIG, BAGIC, SBI, Magma, Royal Sundaram, or Cholamandalam.
- Experience with Corporate Agency Channel handling for major private insurance players.
- Proven ability to manage Corporate Commercial and Group Health portfolios.
