Job Role: Territory Head

Experience: 10+ Years in core Life Insurance with 4+ Years experience of team handling

CTC: Up to 16 LPA + Incentive + Others Benefits

Location: Chennai, Coimbatore

Job Responsibilities:

• Own complete territory sales targets and revenue delivery
• Manage and develop First Line Leaders (CSMs / Sr. CSMs)
• Drive bancassurance business through strong bank relationships
• Improve persistency and control attrition
• Ensure strong product mix and upsell performance
• Monitor business through MIS and performance dashboards

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10+ years of experience in core Life Insurance
• Minimum 5 years of team handling experience
• Strong background in Insurance or BFSI channel sales
• Good exposure to bancassurance model
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven and target-focused

Interview Process

• Final interview with Line Manager
