The Tendering Specialist role at Vibcare Healthcare is a full-time, on-site position based in Panchkula. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, including the preparation, submission, and follow-up of proposals for various procurement opportunities. Daily tasks will include analyzing tender requirements, coordinating with internal departments, drafting proposals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client standards. The Specialist will also monitor market trends and tender outcomes to improve processes and achieve business goals.

• Proficiency in Tender Management and Procurement to handle end-to-end tender processes
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating tender requirements and making strategic decisions
• Excellent Communication and Proposal Writing skills for creating compelling and compliant documents
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Technical knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry standards is an advantage
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Prior experience in tendering or similar roles is preferred
