Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Gurugram. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process, including preparing and submitting proposals, coordinating with procurement teams, analyzing tender requirements, and ensuring compliance with client specifications. The role also involves collaboration with internal departments to gather necessary data and ensuring timely submission of bids.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Tender Management and Procurement processes
- Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to perform detailed evaluations of tender requirements
- Effective Communication and Proposal Writing skills to prepare and present comprehensive tender documentation
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under strict deadlines
- Prior experience in EPC tenders of industrial such as mineral separation plant/chemical plant/steel plant
- prior experience of procurement of industrial plants/industrial equipments
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/mechanical/electrical
