Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in West Delhi for a Tendering Specialist. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing tender documents and processes, analyzing tender requirements, preparing and submitting proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with procurement guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with stakeholders and suppliers to meet deadlines and achieve optimal results.He should be trained on Gem, Defence portal and other goverment portal.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tender Management and Procurement processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate tender opportunities and requirements
• Effective Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in Proposal Writing and creating accurate, compelling documentation
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
