Purpose:

Objective is to handle/submit Tender, off-tender request from Global Account customers prior

deadline, submit US service contract and integration of customer awarded lanes into LARA system as per agreed timeline and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

To follow relevant SOP procedures for Tender/off tender/BAF compilation, authorization,

and dispatch

Responsible for ensuring Tenders/Off-tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the

deadlines.

Prepare Accurate Standard Working file/request using standard templates as per customer

requirement.

Do regular follow-up with trades/pricers, ensuring agreed KPI target for Tenders & Off

Tenders are achieved.

Do regular follow-up with trades and agencies for any RFI raised and make the pending

cleared from the pending tray.

Prepare and Submit Service contracts for the US lanes as per defined guideline and

procedure.

Achieve individual & Team SLA, TAT targets

Ensure proper handover of all Tender documents within & across team

Manage and compile all the necessary document related Tenders and off tenders and make

sure 90% of completeness of offers submitted by pricers

To develop good working relationships with all stake holders (HO/Pricers)

To integrate awarded Off Tender, BAF & Tender lanes by customer in Lara.
