Job Summary:
The Tendering Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of the tendering and bidding process for Supply/ EPC projects for industrial plants, chemical plants, steel plants. The role involves technical, commercial, and contractual evaluation of tenders, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and preparation of competitive and compliant bids in line with company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Tender Management:
Lead and manage the complete tendering lifecycle for supply/EPC projects (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical) industrial equipment/industrial plants, chemical plants, steel plants
Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and contractual terms.
Identify scope, risks, assumptions, and exclusions during bid preparation.
Technical & Commercial Evaluation:
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and planning teams for technical inputs.
Prepare technical queries, deviations, and clarifications.
Develop cost estimates, pricing strategies, and bid summaries.
Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations and perform techno-commercial comparisons.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
Conduct pre-bid meetings and internal bid review meetings.
Ensure timely submission of tenders as per client requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of EPC project execution of industrial plants/chemical/steel plants etc
Expertise in cost estimation, BOQ analysis, and pricing.
Knowledge of international and domestic tendering standards.
Familiarity with FIDIC/other EPC contract formats is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
