YUV Infra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Tendering & Business Development Manager to support infrastructure consultancy projects, primarily in the Roads & Highways sector .

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and government tender opportunities

* Prepare technical proposals for consultancy assignments such as DPR, PMC, Supervision, and Design Consultancy projects

* Coordinate financial proposals and commercial submissions

* Attend pre-bid meetings and client discussions

* Work closely with technical, finance, and management teams for proposal preparation and submission

* Manage client coordination and maintain strong client relationships

* Handle liaisoning with government departments and infrastructure authorities for tender follow-ups and project opportunities

* Support business development and opportunity tracking

Preferred Sector Exposure:

Roads & Highways, Buildings & Architecture, Water Supply & Sanitation, Ports / Marine Infrastructure, and Urban Infrastructure.

Location: Mumbai (Mulund West), Maharashtra

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' prior industry-related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
