Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Specialist / Sr. Executive Tender with 3+ years of experience in government and private tender management. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, analyzing bid requirements, preparing and submitting complete tender documentation, and coordinating internally to ensure successful participation. Hands-on experience with portals such as GeM, CPPP, IREPS, and various State e Procurement portals is mandatory.


Key Responsibilities


1. Tender Identification & Analysis

Search and identify relevant tenders from portals such as

o GeM (Government e-Marketplace)

oCPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal)

o IREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System)

o State e-Procurement portals (eProc different states)

Download tender documents and analyze eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.

Prepare tender synopsis and feasibility reports.


2. Documentation & Bid Preparation

Prepare technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.

Draft cover letters, declarations, compliance statements, BOQs, and other required documents.

Ensure all statutory documents (PAN, GST, ISO, MSME, financials, etc.) are updated and attached.

Coordinate with accounts, technical, and management teams for required inputs.

Ensure error-free and timely submission of bids.


3. Portal Management

Operate and manage tender portals including

o GeM bidding

o CPPP submission

o IREPS bidding

o State e-Procurement portals

Handle digital signatures (DSC), encryption, online bid submission, and amendments.

Track corrigendum, bid clarifications, and submission deadlines.


4. Coordination & Follow-up

Liaise with internal departments for documentation and approvals.

Attend pre-bid meetings (online/offline).

Track tender results and maintain bid status records.

Maintain a database of submitted tenders and performance tracking.


Required Skills

3+ years of experience in tender handling (Government / PSU preferred)

Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP, IREPS & State e-Procurement portals

Good understanding of:

o Technical & commercial bid preparation

o BOQ analysis

o EMD, BG, PBG processes

Excellent drafting and documentation skills

Strong analytical and coordination abilities

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF handling


Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

Experience in handling tenders for PSU / Railways / Government Departments

Knowledge of ISO documentation compliance (added advantage)
