Apart from manufacturing and marketing generic medicines, the company handles export orders and third-party manufacturing for global clients in regions like Ghana, Cambodia, and Afghanistan. Their state-of-the-art facilities produce tablets, capsules, injectables, ointments, dry syrups, and dry injections, adhering to stringent standards.


Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida West for a Tender Manager (Pharmaceuticals) at Francis Remedies (I) Pvt. Ltd. The Tender Manager will be responsible for:


  • Source and identify relevant tender opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end creation of proposals, ensuring all client requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Work with sales, technical, finance, and legal teams to gather input and create comprehensive bids.
  • Analyze tender documents, assess risks, develop winning strategies, and conduct cost/price calculations.
  • Ensure all submissions adhere to regulations, company standards, and client specifications.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, negotiating terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate tender records and databases.
  • The candidate will also establish and maintain strong client and supplier relationships, while supporting marketing efforts to promote the companys pharmaceutical offerings in various markets.

Qualifications


  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tender or bid management in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Pan-India distribution network.


Expected Salary


Rs. 35,000 - Rs. 40,000 per month.
