Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role (based in Ahmedabad) for the position of Tender Executive. The Tender Executive will manage the tendering process, including identifying opportunities, drafting and submitting proposals, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met. Key responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, compiling bid proposals, maintaining tender documentation, and managing submission timelines. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders to enhance the bidding process and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Proposal and Tender Management, including reviewing tender documentation and compiling bid proposals.
• Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Client Management to facilitate effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Organizational and Time Management skills to handle deadlines, manage documentation, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Analytical and Research abilities to evaluate tender opportunities and market trends.
• Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail to ensure compliance with tender requirements and address challenges proactively.
• Previous experience with procurement processes or tendering in relevant industries is advantageous.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
