Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in T24 - Core and Triple A Plus. This role is hybrid with no travel required and day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation on T24
  • Core and Triple A Plus to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and team members.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to T24
  • Core and Triple A Plus ensuring timely resolution.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure product enhancements meet client expectations.
  • Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and reports on product performance enhancements and client feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in product development and implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for T24
  • Core and Triple A Plus products.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in T24
  • Core and Triple A Plus.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of products with other systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes and methodologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in T24
  • Core and Triple A Plus.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show proficiency in product development and implementation methodologies.
  • Have a good understanding of the financial services domain.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
