Job Description

This is an Individual contributor role and the purpose is to manage & maintain global Telecom Inventory along with supporting Invoice review, approval & payment on time for whole of Telecom estate within the Infrastructure & Cloud business.

The candidate is expected to maintain close relationship with Infrastructure product managers & other technology enabling groups, Vendor Management, Group Procurement, Group Finance; Accounts Payable & Telecom Expense Management Service Providers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review and reconcile invoices to ensure they are accurate, liasing with Third Party Vendor or key Stakeholders for any queries
- Management of billing queries from the TEM Mailbox
- Additional reconciliation processes managed by the team to effectively manage inventory and billing
- Attend regular or adhoc calls with Third Party Vendor or key Stakeholders to manage any issues
- Review and prepare process documents where required
- Any other adhoc tasks as requested by People Leader

Key Skills Required:
3 Year Telecoms Expense Management experience desired, knowledge of inventory as well as billing
