Position: Telecaller

Department: Sales / Learner Support

Location: Unacademy Main Head Office

Job Type : Full time

Salary: 20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to learners to explain Unacademy courses, subscription plans, and platform benefits.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve queries related to classes, educators, or payments.
• Assist learners in selecting the correct course and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Update and maintain accurate learner information in the CRM.
• Follow communication scripts and maintain professional behavior at all times.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or support issues.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication in English,Hindi,Telugu
• Good listening skills and ability to convince learners.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, etc.).
• Positive attitude and ability to handle objections.
• Target-driven and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Prior experience in Telecalling, Sales, or EdTech support is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
